FAQ

Questions about AI email automation

Everything you need to know about LiquidMail, Gmail and Outlook automation, pricing, and security.

Does LiquidMail send automated email replies?+

LiquidMail prepares automated email reply drafts and routes them through a human approval queue. Sending requires your explicit confirmation by default. High-confidence auto-send is available on Growth and Scale plans with a configurable threshold.

Does LiquidMail work with Gmail?+

Yes. LiquidMail connects to Gmail using Google OAuth so businesses can sync threads, prioritize messages, and generate accurate AI customer email replies. No passwords are stored — only encrypted OAuth tokens.

Does LiquidMail work with Outlook?+

Outlook and Microsoft 365 integration is in active development. Gmail works fully today. Join the waitlist via the Contact page to be notified when Outlook support launches.

What happens after the 3-day free trial?+

You can still log in and manage your settings and billing. Paid features — Gmail sync, AI draft generation, follow-up sequences, and sending — require an active subscription confirmed via Stripe.

Is LiquidMail an AI email assistant for business?+

Yes. LiquidMail is designed as an AI inbox assistant for businesses that want faster replies, better prioritization, less repetitive email work, and full visibility into what the AI is doing before anything sends.

How does LiquidMail learn my business?+

During onboarding you add your services, pricing, tone, FAQs, reply rules, and signature. LiquidMail uses this profile as the source of truth for every draft it creates — it never invents facts not in your profile.

What is the difference between the plans?+

Starter (£9.99/month) covers one inbox with 500 AI drafts and basic priority scoring. Growth (£29.99/month) adds follow-up sequences, Sender CRM, snooze, analytics, auto-generate after sync, and 2,000 drafts. Scale (£79.99/month) adds 6,000 drafts, audit logs, team roles, dedicated onboarding, and custom sending rules.

Is my email data safe?+

Yes. Gmail and Outlook connect via OAuth — no passwords are stored. Tokens are encrypted at rest, server-side. No email content is shared with third parties. Human approval is required before anything sends. Paid features are blocked server-side, not just hidden in the UI.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. No cancellation fees and no lock-in. Your subscription access ends at the close of the current billing period.

What email providers does LiquidMail support?+

Gmail is fully supported today via Google OAuth. Outlook and Microsoft 365 support is in active development. Additional providers are on the roadmap.
